Unite NY is a new political home in New York State for Republicans, Democrats, conservatives, liberals, and independents to come together to seek common sense solutions. Focused on a non-partisan approach to fixing real problems in our government, democracy, and economy, Unite NY supports candidates who are advocating bi-partisanship and reforms that empower more voters to become engaged in the democratic process.
The journey that led to founding Unite NY began with my 2016 campaign to run for U.S. Congress as an independent candidate by creating the Upstate Jobs Party as a ballot line. With a core group of volunteers remaining active since that time, we’ve now narrowed the focus to non partisan pro-democracy reform and have steadily cultivated relationships with candidates, political leaders and volunteers who share our belief that without changes to our broken political system the partisan divide will continue to grow as influence pushes further to the extremes of both left and right.
I’m interested in people who:
- Care deeply about our democracy (both Federal and State) and are looking for a path to engage where they can make a difference
